The event delivered practical guidance on managing finances and brought together the target group for a shared learning experience, empowering them to make better-informed financial decisions. The active participation and insightful feedback from attendees helped the UpSenior team refine the training materials to ensure they are accessible, relevant, and tailored to the real-life financial needs of older adults.<\/p><p><strong>About the UpSenior Project<\/strong><\/p><p>The UpSenior project is a collaborative effort uniting organizations from Greece, Italy, and Bulgaria. Running from June 2023 to September 2024, the initiative aims to strengthen the financial skills of older adults, enabling them to better manage their finances and approach financial matters with greater confidence.<\/p><p><strong>Objectives and Benefits<\/strong><\/p><p>The UpSenior project is dedicated to providing seniors with the skills they need to face financial challenges and manage their personal and household finances more effectively. The project offers practical resources and knowledge that empower participants to make informed financial choices, grasp essential concepts of financial management, and protect themselves from potential financial risks.
